By accessing or using the Purple application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Eligibility
Purple is an application reserved for women aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.
3. Account Creation and Management
Some features of Purple require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Use of the Application
You agree to use Purple in a respectful, lawful manner and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any abusive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on Purple. By posting content, you grant Purple a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute such content as part of the operation of the application.
6. Intellectual Property
The Purple application, its name, logo, design, and all related elements are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Ultimate Factory SRL or its partners.
7. Account Suspension and Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or any risk to the safety of other users. You may also delete your account at any time directly from within the application.
8. Service Availability
Purple is provided on an “as is” basis, without any guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Purple shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or any harm resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Apple Standard End User License Agreement
