Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Purple is provided on an “as is” basis, without any guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation. Ultimate Factory SRL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the application.

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the judicial district where the registered office of Ultimate Factory SRL is located.
